I am so happy to say that I am FINALLY seeing #Raw #Unheated #Coconutwater here in #Newyork!!! 😂, Mr. Vaughn Allen introduced it to me the last time I was in #California and I basically drank the entire box that he had purchased for himself.. Thanks dad 😁. Anyway.. This is my “go-to” drink. Defiantly an article of #foodsetsthemood !
There are a few things in this world that could make me Eternally happy, this coconut water does just that. My #love for young coco 🍘water is endless. Miami_loud commented on one of my videos and asked if I had ever received a #pink one that is quite rare. I had not! Ever since this #comment I had been pondering in the back of my #mind how I could receive it. While at #WholeFoods with the lovely Kate, I introduced this magical #RawUnheatedCoconutWater and she picked one up (being the talented observant woman she is) and asked why it was pink. I smiled and got an instant 😮😀giddy feeling. We ended up spending a few minutes looking at all the bottles and compared the #natural beauty pink color.💘
If you are getting fresh and young coconut water, keep an eye out for these ones, they represent natural occurring oxidants and stand to be “untouched”. I scrolled down to my video in which this user had told me about the pink water and wanted to give a shout out to you to say thanks for the comment!

This weeks Wine Tasting at
I learned a bit about Brett or Brettanomyces and TCA this time around and I am thankful that Miss Laura took the time to explain it in a way that now, I have a much better understanding. It is a yeast that basically gives a “horsey, Belgium-y, funny, sweaty, mousy, stable” -esque types of qualities. In smaller concentrations, it can have leathery yet spicy notes.
Brett can develop at any time and can be on the grape itself. To be honest I can’t think of a wine right now where I have truly noticed this but maybe I just need more practice in tasting some specific examples.
I love days like this where I have fallen even MORE in love with CorkBuzz. Every week -Monday or Friday, I can expect to be shocked/confused/enlightened to keep pushing in mastering my wines. Love the, energy/ambience, people and thought behind every little aspect of this place. Truly magical and #inspiring.

Is a simple yet intricate and exciting bowl of S.P.R.I.N.G
:::S:::age and Strawberry
:::R:::adish & Roasted Red Bell Pepper
:::N:::içoise (A Niçoise salad consisting of boiled Egg, Tuna and Niçoise Olives
•Melt and brown butter in a pan with sundried tomatoes. When the butter begins to golden and smell nutty, add a couple pinches of a chiffonnade of Sage
•Let is cool and strain
•Create an emulsification with Olive Oil, Moutarde du Meaux and the butter. Then add some balsamic vin, maybe a scratch of nutmeg and stork in the Sundries Tomatoes and sage.
When you boil your egg, only let it cook for 7 minutes and 7 “Mississippi” seconds, remove from boiling water, let it sit for another 7 M seconds and run under cold water. so not break open shell until you are ready to add it into your salad :)

Ladies and Gentleman, I am announcing that today is my official day to “JOIN THE CHALLENGE”
With the help of this #JTC application, I can keep an eye on what I am putting into my body.
The great thing is, it’s easier than it seems in the sense that with all the food, drink, and exercise you consume/do for your body, will show on a simple pie chart
Make it personal or make it a consistent week
Either way, it’s up to you in which you want to seek!
With the selection of what you eat, It will appear Red-Yellow-or Green.
Depending on the better choice, you will see your chart form. Could be nice, could be mean..
The point of It is, you make your own challenge week by week, If you plan a trip ahead, your goal health and weight can be foreseen.
Commitment to yourself and action toward your logging, is a task you need to think, make your choices keen.
Looks like I need MUCH MORE GREEN in my chart before the end of this week.. #Summer is right around the corner and we all need to eat healthier for our bodies and our #happiness!
