A friend from work and I were talking about food …(imagine that) and we both brought up our passion for eating noodles. I told him about my experience alone in china town soaking up every noodle and running out of broth made me crave more, and he agreed. EATING NOODLES NEED TO BE DONE WITHOUT THE BROTH- thanks Minji, your a genius.
Going out for noodles can be hunger-changing,
preference to the menu is a necessity for rearranging.
We sit down at BO KY in a matter of seconds, the weather was deathly 90 degrees and hot noodles still sounded like decadence.
The Won-Ton soup was ordered with broth on the side, and this smart noodle master I was with was defiantly riiiiight.
You can eat the noodles which is why you came, and having the broth on the side will let YOU control your intake of extra liquid while still having the ingredient components all the same!
If you get the duck, make sure to watch out for the bone, my hungry self grabbed it immediately and OUCH on my tooth, yeeeep I groaned.
Maybe it was the excitement to munch on straight noodles not just broth, or maybe the fat smile my face received after seeing Sriracha arrive at the table, no way I would move like a sloth.
Anyway this is just my way to share how awesome the simple idea of broth on the side, can change an outlook on future noodle places- trust me, you will abide.

I am reminiscing about my experience at The Borough Market last summer. I truly miss it and can’t wait when I visit my brother in London to go grocery shopping here. I tried some awesome cheeses, chocolates, and had a huge lunch. These guys were hilarious and kept my entertainment! Rain or shine, The Borough Market will stand tall and have a delicious variety of food and drink for your fancy. Ps: try the wine tastings, everyone was having a blast!! Oh and I got a kick out of the cow map ha haaaaa!
I got sage from work… Then woke up with a dream inspiration. Brown sugar and cinnamon crispy sage.

Recipe for Happiness:
A bowl of ramen, while the weather shines heat and Spring
It may seem common but even chilled noodles may be your thing
Make your own, dip into a hidden gem
You will never know unless you try different kinds of them
Noodles in a broth can seem snake-like and strange
Don’t judge the flavors or calorie content or your figure will be in dange.
Avoiding the count and relaxing for the taste
Will set the mind free to enjoy the body you live in with a happy-healthy pace.
Soak that sun and dive into Spring time, do something random like slurping Ramen noodles and TRUST ME-you will feel oh-so-fine.

1 Jar of “Little Anthony’s Boysenberry Arroyo Grande Jam” (You can find this at The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills)
Temper out all chocolates
Prepare cupcake holders on a tray that will fit into your refridgerator
Pour milk chocolate first, about 1/3 filled, Then add a small teaspoon of jam inside (measurements vary on what size cupcake holder you prefer) Pour the milk chocolate on top and set inside the fridge until set. DO NOT TOUCH OR POKE WITH FINGERS- You need that glossy finish ;)
Once all chocolates are set after about an hour or two You can make a cute design on top with your dark chocolate. Place inside the freezer for about 10 minutes and you can either look at them or eat them.. ENJOY!
