I got sage from work… Then woke up with a dream inspiration. Brown sugar and cinnamon crispy sage. 
Easy Prep!
Olive oil-b.sug-cinnamon
-Toss
-BAKE @ 425-450( I don’t know my oven isn’t quite calibrated) for 10-15 minutes. 
-Transfer to a napkin to absorb the oil and put in a salad or on top of some chicken. MMMM MMMM!

Lovely Lavender Chocolates filled with a Boysenberry Jam:

Whether trying on new lipstick or putting on a dress and giving a twirl

You get the same delight by eating a chocolate with a swirl

You don’t only get this kind of effect as a girl

Its the joy that you vision when finding out of an oyster: a pearl

If you can get your hands on this delightful lavender chocolate from the UK then you have success, If you can’t then you must not stress!

What I am saying is nothing can ruin these chocolates.

Ingredients: Measurements Vary on Quantity

Milk Chocolate

Dark Chocolate

White Chocolate

1 Jar of “Little Anthony’s Boysenberry Arroyo Grande Jam” (You can find this at The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills)

Directions:

Temper out all chocolates

Prepare cupcake holders on a tray that will fit into your refridgerator

Pour milk chocolate first, about 1/3 filled, Then add a small teaspoon of jam inside (measurements vary on what size cupcake holder you prefer) Pour the milk chocolate on top and set inside the fridge until set. DO NOT TOUCH OR POKE WITH FINGERS- You need that glossy finish ;)

Once all chocolates are set after about an hour or two You can make a cute design on top with your dark chocolate. Place inside the freezer for about 10 minutes and you can either look at them or eat them.. ENJOY!

Till the sun rise up into this green earth:
This breakfast is specially unique and exquisite in it’s own way. I’m sure I had gotten inspired by 5 ingredient fix a while ago when she made an avocado infused rice, and well AVOCADO LEMON AND RICE? I’m there. This breakfast is to motivate you to get up today, whether you have an appetite or not this is a perfect, healthy yet tasty light yet filling breakfast that will keep you going (till lunch or late afternoon) So, grab a huge glass of water or green tea and make yourself this tasty breakfast :)
Ingredients:
Rice
1 Avocado
1 Lemon
1 nutmeg
2 or 3 potatoes
1 egg
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions
Boil a pot of water
Blend an avocado with the juice of one lemon, add 1-2 shaves of nutmeg and season with salt and pepper and continue to blend for it to reach a smooth consistency
Mix in with however much rice you prefer (enough to coat the rice generously) and set aside
Wash your potatoes WELL and cut very thinly or shave on a mandolin
Get a pan hot with coconut oil and place slices on your pan, cook until golden brown and flip
Once your water has boiled, crack your egg in, and let it cook until your yolk is covered with the egg whites
Back to your potatoes, once both sides are nicely golden, take them out and toss in a bowl with light salt and pepper
If you have onions to play with (I had red onions) slice those very thinly as well and cook in the coconut oil remnants of the potato crisps
Throw everything on a plate and ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
When the sun rises up we all squint our eyes because when light disturbs our sleep we are suprised
Upset at first because we could sleep forever but we know that isn’t clever
Sleeping too much or sleeping to little can be a problem so we have to pick a middle
When we rise with the sun our stomachs grumble and we feel quite modest and humble
We deserve better than what we receive and say so take an action to have pride today!
This green earth didn’t make food for us to watch others make and enjoy unless you employ 
So if your alone and are deciding between leftovers or pegs, start your day off new and get off those pegs!

sandWHICH french toast STRAWBERRY or MASCARPONE? BOTH.

Strawberry and MASCARPONE french toast!

NEW CREATION, So delactable. No picture…yet..

Makes 4 sandwhiches

INGREDIENTS:

1 pack of strawberries, CLEANED 

1 tbl of milk

1 tbl of coconutwater

3 grates of fresh nutmeg

1 tsp of cinnamon 

3 eggs

2-3 tbl of sugar

8 pieces of thinly sliced bread

DIRECTIONS:

Cut up some strawberries, place them into a pan on low-medium heat and compress them down with a wooden spoon. Add as much sugar as you please and continue to cook.

Whisk together your eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, milk, and fresh coconut water

In a separate bowl, whip up your mascarpone cheese, add 1/2 of the strawberry glaze (from your pan) and mix.

Get a pan hot with coconut oil (OR BUTTER)

Take your thinly sliced bread and smear your mascarpone-strawberry mix, a spoonful of the glaze from the pan, take another slice and place on top, pushing away the excess drippings and carefully dip into your egg mixture to make sure the egg mixture has completely covered your sandwich

Place on your sauté pan to cook until golden and flip! Once the other side is also golden, place that warm wonder on a plate, add some strawberry glaze, powdered sugar and EAT! Eat this sandwich with a fork and a knife…

IT’S WEEKEND EFFORTS DESERVE A DECENT BREAKFAST!!
